1. Booking & Payment

By purchasing a Retreat Pass or Day Pass you enter a contract with Vegescape. Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

2. What’s Included

• Daily yoga, mobility & strength classes
• Talks, workshops, co-working space & Wi-Fi
• Guided hikes and access to natural hot springs
• Plant-based meals as specified in the programme

Not included: accommodation, travel to Montanejos, rafting excursion, Wim Hof ice bath, personal insurance, and any items not listed above.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations until 15 August 2025 → 80 % refund
• 16 Aug – 5 Sep 2025 → 50 % refund
• After 5 Sep 2025 → no refund. You may transfer your ticket to another person free of charge.

4. Health, Safety & Insurance

Participants must have adequate health, fitness and travel insurance. You acknowledge that activities such as hiking, rafting or cold-water immersion carry inherent risks. The organisers, instructors and venue accept no liability for injury, loss or damage incurred during the retreat.

5. Code of Conduct

We promote a respectful, inclusive environment. Harassment, discrimination or unsafe behaviour will result in immediate removal without refund.

6. Programme Changes

Vegescape reserves the right to modify the timetable, facilitators or venue facilities if necessary (e.g., weather, safety, force majeure) while providing a comparable experience.

7. Image & Media Consent

By attending you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. Please inform our team on arrival if you prefer not to appear in any media.

8. Data Protection

Your personal data is used solely to process your booking and keep you informed about event updates, in accordance with EU GDPR. We never sell your details to third parties.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Castellón, Spain.
